One pharmacy removed, one added

Good news is that we were finally able to add all prices to our site from Horizon Drugs. Horizon Drugs is a long standing supplier of non-controlled pharmaceuticals and health supplements.

We had to remove Allpills (allpills.net) from our site, as there was a very low clickthrough and a low overall interest in their products.

Pharmacies removed

Trustscriptions.com has been temporarily removed from Health Hangout, due to it's supplier having supply and payment issues (Honesty matters group of pharmacies). We had to remove XL pharmacy as well due to extremely low interest in their products and their annoying behaviour.

With these two pharmacies a lot of medications are gone as well that we are trying to bring back to the sites as soon as possible.

Other news from GCPharma (former Generic Cialis Pharmacy) is that they now ship to Canada and Germany (unlike many others) via courier. The shipping costs US $25 and takes 5 to 7 days.

Please see GcPharma for more information on this ED offer!

Mastercard problems

Mastercard is not a valid payment option in almost all online pharmacies from now.

Mastercard is not processing for pharmacies until the following issues are clearly black or white, and out of the legal grey area:

1. Online dispensing of Controlled medications
2. Reimportation of pharmaceuticals manufactured in the U.S. and remarketed in U.S.
3. Importation of medication that are not FDA approved, or are generic versions of those medications still on patent in the US.
4. Perscribing without a properly licsensed medical professional.

While many industry members say that Visa is going to have similar sanctions, at this time Visa cards are accepted at most online pharmacies.

Rx-Mex is history

After a few successful years in the online pharmacy business, Rx-Mex issued a notice on the official website, that they are n longer fullfilling orders to online customers.

"We wish to inform you that at this time we have decided to shut down our operations at www.rx-mex.com due to the strict regulations for online pharmaceutical businesses:

Please note that we will maintain customer service for up to 3-4 weeks. We want to assure you that all orders placed up until this date will be fulfilled and shipped. All issues related to shipping and billing will be answered, and all pending orders will be shipped."

So where to go for generic medications? - you might ask. Well, we are working on replacing Rx-mex.com with other generic suppliers, and in fact we already have a few alternatives, just look at our product pages and you will find them.

Tamiflu for $160

Rx Pilldepot is stocking Tamiflu again thru the HSN network.

Please note, that they are well aware of the counterfeit Tamiflu scare that was issued by the manufacturer, and the specifically stated it to all distributors that their supplies are safe and original.

from their newsletter:

" Please be advised that after re-confirming with our pharmacies that the wholesale sources for Tamiflu are reputable and not counterfeit, we are once again offering Tamiflu. 10 count boxes (1 month supply) are immediately available. "

Roche on counterfeit Tamiflu

Multiple sources reporting:

Roche warned online pharmacy customers to be cautious when purchasing Tamiflu online, because according to the swiss company, the ruch for the drug can spawn counterfeit drugs to enter the online pharmacy market.

It makes us wonder (a large group of marketers and webmasters) whether this action is already a counter-act to generic Tamiflu or a real threat. The question is especially relevant since Tamiflu is not sold anywhere. Technically all the pharmacies are out of stock, and as we mentioned before; prices went up $50 a box of 10 pills, and still on the rise. On top of that, when a pharmacy secures some Tamiflu the maximum pills that can be ordered is set to a maximum of ten pills. Sorry people, no stocking.

Generic Tamiflu is slowly surfacing online, many providers promised the cheaper H5N1 cure to be sold before Christmas, in fact it is already listed on our Tamiflu pages (but not yet available).

Since I do not want to get into a legal battle or any discussion on this with lawyers of news sources or Roche, I leave it to our visitors to decide if it is a scare tactic or valuable advice.

Tamiflu shortage situation

The Tamiflu situation is still really bad, Tamiflu is only available in limited supplies and right now at most places anything over 10 count packs is considered "stocking" and is impossible. In other workds: the maximum amount of tamiflu you can buy is 10 pills, no more at most stores.

Most online pharmacies will blink a "Tamiflu out of stock" sign into your face, but we managed to find a few places that still have Tamiflu.

Prices are skyrocketing. Pharmacists reported that the prices went up $50 US per 10 count box, and this is just the cost price, you as an end customer you will pay more overhead on top of that $50.

Appearently governments are still stocking up, and if you beleive in fair distribution, you might be happy about that.

For Tamiflu prices and Tamiflu information please check our Tamiflu pages!

Good news - Edrugstore back

Good news, is that Edrugstore is back and is working just fine, and processing orders.

Their processor was cut off as many other pharmacies' but appearently it got turned back.

Edrugstore does not sell any controlled substances, but lots of maintenance medications which pose no potential abuse danger.
